As promised in last week's post, here are some photos of a coconut red lentil soup recipe that I bookmarked a while ago from 101 Cookbooks and finally made. I know soup may be the last thing on your mind, but if your stomach ignores the seasons as mine does this is a pretty easy and really tasty soup. I used green split peas instead of yellow split peas because that's what I had. I honestly have no idea if there is a difference in taste but I can tell you that it did not ruin the end result. Excited to share photos from last weekend's engagement session later this week!
